CGBBL 2026-2027 Hoops - Winter 2026

Hoops Travel Division Registration & Evaluations

• Registration Deadline: Thursday, September 10th at 11:00 PM
• Registration Fee: $25 (non-refundable; applied toward dues for players who make a travel team)

Player evaluations and team selections for the Hoops Travel Division will be led by CGHS Head Boys Basketball Coach Trent Moorhead.
All players interested in being considered for a travel team must attend evaluations on:

Sunday, September 13th
Center Grove High School – Student Athletic Center (SAC)

Evaluation Schedule by Grade:

• 3rd Grade: 11:00 AM – 12:15 PM
• 4th Grade: 12:45 PM – 2:00 PM
• 5th Grade: 2:15 PM – 3:30 PM
• 6th Grade: 3:45 PM – 5:00 PM
• 2nd Grade (Vandy Gym): 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Please note: no spectators will be allowed on main floor or balcony during travel evaluations.
Do not bring basketballs—equipment will be provided.

CGBBL 2026-2027 Trojan - Winter 2026

Registration Is Now Open for the 2026–2027 Trojan Rec League!

Players who are not interested in trying out for a travel team are encouraged to register for the Trojan Recreational League, which is also open for registration. Our rec program is a great opportunity for players of all skill levels to develop their game, build confidence, make new friends, and have fun in a positive team environment.

Key Dates for the 2026–2027 Trojan Recreational Season

• Player Evaluations: Tentatively scheduled for Sunday, October 4th
• Practices Begin: Week of October 26th
  (Practice times will be assigned during the draft and shared during team introductions.)
• Big Red Tip-Off Skills Challenge and Picture Day: Saturday, November 14th
  (The schedule will be posted approximately two weeks in advance.)
• Games Begin: Saturday, December 5th
